We are looking for a none-smoker, clean, tidy, and responsible person to rent a double room in a big, clean, nicely decorated and well accommodated flat.
The place is very perfectly communicated at 6 min from metro station, train, day and night buses.
In the flat you have all the necessary to make yourself very comfortable during you stay: Open access to a fully furbished kitchen, big and sunny living room, double bed, bathroom with bath tub, washing machine, all around wifi.
The flat has: Wifi, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, chimney, balcony, all outside windows, lots of light and a storage room. Very nice neighborhood; shops, supermarkets, post office, bars, garden at 5 min, and at 10min from Sala Bikini nightclub, cinemas, Dir & other gym, La Illa and Pedralbles shopping center.
