Since our nice spanish flatmate will leave us, we are looking for a new girl or boy to share with.
The flat is very well located. (near metro : Rocafort, Poble Sec & Plaza Espanya) and within walking distance to the Raval and Placa Catalunya. The neighborhood is full of shops and supermarkets just in front of the building. And we are two minutes from the bus stop that can take you to the airport (number 46)
We speak: English, Spanish & French, we like sports, music and of course hanging out.
You are: Easy going, CLEAN and communicative.
The flat is on the 2° floor (the building has an elevator) and is composed by:
2 bathrooms (1 full and one little)
1 TV room (with balcony to the main pedestrian avenue) where there's a big couch
1 kitchen,1 Dinning room,1 Laundry room, 1 corridor , 1 back balcony to dry your clothes
RENT: 400 euros (including internet)
+ expenses (electricity, water & gas) which variate
We ask just one month of deposit.
YOUR ROOM: has double bed and wardrobe and you can decorate it as you want =) ..the room is very light because you have your own double doors leading onto the back balcony!
